Summer & Track Out Camps

Apex Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources offers many camps during the summer and track out camp opportunities throughout the school year. Track out camps are offered for those attending year round, and summer camp information is published each year in March for those on a traditional schedule.

Medical Needs

If your child may require the use of Emergency Medication Administration (EPI-Pen) or Medication during any APR&CR programs, please fill out the medical form.

 If you are looking for programs and events specifically designed for individuals with special needs, please find special recreation information.

Inclusion Services: The Town of Apex Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources Department is committed to an inclusive approach to recreation and encourages individuals with and without disabilities to participate together. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), we will provide reasonable modifications to facilitate participation in our programs. To ensure that reasonable modifications are in place, modification requests should be received at least two weeks prior to the start date of the program.

Camp Forms

Some of our camps may require additional forms, like the Participant Information Form, which are specific to the camp. After completing registration, you will receive an email regarding the additional forms if applicable. If you have further questions, please contact the appropriate Camp Program Supervisor/Specialist (see links to the right).
