Commendations & Complaints

The Apex Police Department strives to provide the highest level of customer service to our community. There are times that our interactions with the public are to be commended and there are times when someone may be left less than satisfied with their interaction with one of our employees. We would like to hear about both types of encounters.

Commend Employee

If you would like to share a positive interaction with an employee, please email the Chief of Police. We will ensure the employee and their supervisors are made aware of your commendation.

Make a Complaint

If you were less than satisfied with an interaction you had with one of our employees, we would like to know. We take these interactions seriously and will review and investigate your concerns. You can submit your complaint using one of the following methods:

  • Online - You can complete an allegation of misconduct form online
