Inspection Request

    ePermits is back!  However, each contractor will need to reactivate their account using either the Microsoft Edge or Apple Safari browser. We've prepared INSTRUCTIONS on how to do that. If you try that and it doesn't work, please submit this FORM.

    Once your account is active, you can request residential single trade permits again, pay fees, and request inspections.

    PLEASE NOTE: There is a 2:00pm cut-off for inspections to be scheduled on the following day.  Anything submitted after that time will be scheduled for the day after. We are unable to accommodate advance scheduling via this form.

  2. New Houses only - all others, leave blank.

  3. Please tell us the business name.  We don't have addresses memorized, and no easy way to tie the two together.

  4. Type of Inspection

    ** Building Trade at Rough-in and Final must be last, after Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing are passed.

  5. Additional Inspections (Commercial only)
  6. Please tell us the location of the work (i.e. AC in attic) or a brief description of the work (i.e. kitchen remodel).  For small projects, we can't see that in our system.
