James Street Sewer and Road Improvements
This project includes roadway improvements on James Street and Markham Street with new asphalt pavement and sidewalks. Additionally, a new sanitary sewer line will be installed from James Street to Seagram Street.

Work will be completed by the town's contractor, Triangle Grading & Paving. Site activity will include tree clearing for the sewer line installation. While full road closures are not planned, temporary lane closures can be expected during the day as construction progresses.
