SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE
COUNCIL AD-HOC COMMITTEE MEETING
APEX, N.C. (August 10, 2022) – Pursuant to North Carolina General Statutes (NCGS) §143-318.12 and 160A-71, the Town of Apex Town Council’s Economic Development Ad-Hoc Committee will hold a Special Meeting on Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at 4:00 PM. This meeting will be held on the 2nd Floor in the Executive Conference Room at Apex Town Hall located at 73 Hunter Street in Apex, North Carolina.
The purpose of this meeting is to receive updates from the Economic Development Director and staff members on the department’s recent initiatives/projects and discuss the downtown and small business report.
In addition, the Economic Development Ad-Hoc Committee will enter into closed session pursuant to NCGS §143-318.11(4) “To discuss matters relating to the location or expansion of industries or other businesses in the area served by the Town of Apex.”
