Notice of Attendance at a Public Meeting
APEX, NORTH CAROLINA (August 10, 2022) - In compliance with North Carolina General Statutes NCGS § 160a-71, the Apex Town Council provides notice that a majority of the Town Council will attend the Downtown Stakeholders Meeting.
This meeting will take place beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 16, 2022, in the 3rd Floor Conference Room A, at Apex Town Hall, located at 73 Hunter Street in Apex, North Carolina. It is possible a quorum of the Town Council will be in attendance at this meeting, however, no official action by the Council will be taken.
The primary focus of the Downtown Stakeholder meeting is to discuss the DRAFT Sidewalk Dinning and Parklets Guide.
