Sealed bids be hand delivered or messengered to Angela Reincke at 53 Hunter Street, Apex NC 27502 up until 12:00p, June 22nd. After 12:00p the bid should be delivered to the attention of Angela Reincke at 63 Hunter Street Room 117- Senior Center Conference Room by 2:00p, June 22nd, and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read in person.

Bids for the complete project must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Town of Apex, and the outside of the envelope must be marked “Quotation For – EB-6021 Beaver Creek Greenway Extension, Phases 1, 2 and 1A to be opened at 2:00 PM on June 22, 2023” along with the Name, Address, and License Number of the Bidder. All bids must be made on blank forms provided and included in the bound document. The name, address, and license number of the Bidder must be plainly marked thereon.
