Our neighbors with limited incomes often have just enough income to cover monthly housing expenses. When a major home repair is needed, it can be challenging to cover this large one-time expense. 

The Home Repair Fair hopes to connect income-qualified homeowners with programs and resources that are available from the Town of Apex, Wake County, state agencies, or local nonprofits to assist with these repairs.

Participating Organizations Include:

• Rebuilding Together of the Triangle – Apex Cares Program
• Resources for Seniors – Weatherization Program
• NC Housing Finance Agency – Home Ownership-Rehabilitation Programs
• Wake County Equitable Housing – Rehab Grant Programs
• Town of Apex – Inspections & Permits
• Habitat Wake – Home Preservation Program
• Apex UMC – Apex Outreach Service Project
