Town of Apex Customer Utility Assistance

The Town of Apex recently created a program that set aside approximately $500,000 to assist customers who are subject to disconnection.

About the Program

  • Customers may receive up to $636 in assistance, or their total outstanding balance (whichever is less).
  • The program is available to residential customers who live within the Apex town limits.

How to Apply

  • Customers must apply through our program partners, Western Wake Crisis Ministry, who will determine eligibility based on federal poverty levels.
  • Applications will be accepted beginning June 1, 2021.
