Public Works Electric Utilities Division

The Town of Apex Electric Division's goal is to provide our customers with safe, affordable and reliable electric power in a prompt, courteous and environmentally responsible manner.

During normal working hours, (Monday - Friday, 7:30-4:30) if you have a power outage, electrical problem, find street lights not working, limbs hanging on electrical wires, etc, please call 249-3427.

The Electric Division crews are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We respond immediately to emergency after hours calls. After hours, please call 362-8661 to report a power outage or electrical problem.
