Description:

The Town of Apex (“Town”) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms (“Contractor”) for

monthly Stormwater Control Measure (SCM) maintenance services for all Town-owned SCMs (“Proposal”).

The locations of facilities with SCMs to be serviced under this contract are listed in Attachment A.

Electronic construction drawings for each SCM are available upon request. All devices listed are required

to be priced on the Proposal.

The contract term of the Proposal shall remain in effect and binding for a period of three years with the

option to extend the contract for two additional one-year periods upon mutual agreement of both parties.

It is anticipated that SCM maintenance services would begin on July 1, 2023.
