Clearing began today for the cell-tower that’s been approved for the Kelly Road Park property adjacent to 540. The construction should take until mid-September. This will necessitate the closing of a small section of the Beaver Creek Greenway from the Trailhead at Kelly Road Park to the point where 540 goes over the greenway at Ashley Downs. The neighborhoods which border the trail between Jaycee Park and Kelly Road Park are:
Whitehall / Villages of Whitehall
Cameron Park
Dogwood Ridge
Pearson Farms
Ashley Downs
The section which is closed is a very small section and will mainly impact anyone trying to enter the greenway from Kelly Road Park.
