• Salem Streetscape and the Saunders Street Gathering Space
• Commerce Street, Seaboard Street, and The Peak Gathering Space

Transit-Oriented Development Study Updates
The Town of Apex has partnered with the North Carolina Department of Transportation on a transit-oriented development (TOD) planning initiative along the S-Line, the railroad corridor extending through downtown Apex. The study includes developing a TOD vision for a future station area in Downtown Apex. The TOD project team will be available at the open house to share the draft TOD Plan and gather community input.
