Reconnection After Nonpayment


Once you've made your payment through eServices please contact our office at 919-362-8676 Monday through Friday, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. to schedule reconnection of your utility services. After hours reconnections are available weeknights between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. and on weekends between 8 a.m. and 10 p.m. for a fee of $35 by calling 919-362-8661.
