Tree Citizen Advisory Panel
Plant the Peak
The Town of Apex is a designated Tree City USA community. Plant the Peak is a program designed to increase our overall tree canopy by providing professional installation of trees on residential single family properties within Apex’s corporate limits, at no cost to the owner or tenant of the property.
The program provides 100% of the cost of one tree purchase and installation, per property. Plant the Peak applications will be accepted starting September 1st of each year, and completed applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. In 2021,100 trees were planted through this program.
